You’re ready to book. What happens next?
Before starting with in-person lessons, boarding with training, or virtual coaching, all new clients will have a 60-minute Intake Call with a trainer. This allows us to introduce ourselves, take a history of your dog and their behavior, give training advice, and set up your household for success with management tips.
We will discuss:
- Training goals
- Challenging behaviors and how to prevent or manage them
- Basic information about your dog, including:
- when and where you got them
- behavioral and medical histories
- daily routine
- exercise and feeding regimen
- household dynamics
- Which training package is the best fit
- Any other questions you may have
After our call, you will receive:
- A report summarizing everything we discussed
- How to get started working on your goals
- Management tools to prevent unwanted behavior
- Recommended equipment (food puzzles, harnesses, etc.)
- Dates to get started with your training package (if applicable)
