Laurie is a highly trained and trusted professional who has become a beloved friend after working with our family [via Dog Crazy Lady]. During our introductory phone conversation, Laurie explained her training process, provided valuable resources, and developed a personalized path forward for training our puppy, Lollie. As first time dog owners, we were completely clueless and a bit anxious about the training process. Laurie forged a partnership with each one of our family members as we trained online, in our yard, and in public spaces. As part of the training process, she occasionally launched us way out of our comfort zone and always provided the tools for how to react to and/or reward our puppy. Laurie provided endless positive reinforcement, demonstrated immense patience, and made our family feel confident to train our puppy. These thoughtfully planned training sessions ensured mastery of what have become lifelong skills.
